No Call / No Show Policy

As Lux Salon continues to grow, we have implemented policies to ensure we provide the best experience for all of our clients in Millbrook, Prattville, and Montgomery, AL.

Missed appointments without notice affect both our stylists and other clients who may be waiting for an available slot.

If you do not call to cancel your appointment in advance, a 50% charge for the scheduled service will be applied to your card.

If a card is not on file, a valid payment method will be required before booking future appointments.
